I would say it was probably a slightly more vibrant blue at one time but light and wear and tear has faded it over time.

If you pull up on the edges a bit in the back, you'll likely be able to see a huge difference in color where wear & tear and the light hasn't effected the material. That'll be the original color of the chair.

It look slike a grey to me with a hint of blue.

I do knwo there is a color of blue that looks gray. An apartment I use to rent years ago had it in it. The landlady kept saying it was blue. But it looked gray to me. I bet it must be the same with this chair.

It basically looked gray, but I saw some blue in several places. Bet it used to be a very pale blue.

It's actually battleship gray, which is a blue-gray.
