Redeem points isn't working

I sure hope it's a glitch and not a sign that we just lost all the points we were saving. I've been trying to get enough points for a Home Depot card, so I can get a new vacuum for the shelter. I will be sorely disappointed (and probably leave Gather) if my points are gone or can no longer be redeemed. :(

I sent an email to Gather support, so we'll see what happens.

Exacting what part of it isn't working? I didn't actually try to cash out, but I can get up to all the pages and view the things I can redeem for and click the link. Hope it works for you soon!

If you're having problems accessing the redemption page, try logging out and logging back in. That seems like a common problem. That should fix it.

I cashed in points the other day but had to log out and re-log in again to do it.

Yep...log out and back in. It has been like that since the last upgrade.

I've noticed quite a few glitches since the new.. (cough)spectacular(cough) upgrade.

lol...chuck already clued you, barbara.....it has been that way since the last major Downgrade......but at least we can GET our points cashed in, unlike some sites...

Sheila: Yes, I was able to. It must have been something to do with caching. Once I logged out and logged back in, it worked fine. Very strange.

I've logged out and logged back in. I click...page doesn't load and I get an error message. I even tried another browser. I'll try again.
