ok think i've got all my questions answered yet one still bothers me here is the questions i asked and how they were answered:

How long after you hit your limit do you have to wait for the invite? It's usually the FOLLOWING month.
Do they email your the invite here on gather or to your personal email? Personal Email.
Does it take affect within the month like with me if I got the invite now does that mean the rest of this month I could make cash or do I have to wait until next month to start making cash? It's instant once they process your Tax Form.
If i go over the goal can I cash out whatever is over if I make anought to get like a gift card and still be available to get the cash option? and if there's anything else you can tell me let me know please
You can cash out. They have records of your earnings. You must fill out and fax them your tax info. They will not switch you to cash without it.

so what i'm getting out of this is bein that i already reached my limit i could cash out right now for gift cards and gather has it recorded that i reached my goal and by the beginning of next month i will have the cash option amd i right or did i miss something???

You are correct. The report that Gather runs at the beginning of each month looks at earnings you have made over the course of the prior calendar month...not how many points you have available to you when the report was run. Even if you cashed out during the month and had only a few points left, you would still be eligible.
They may not always invite you to cash option though!
They usually do I thnk but a few people I know was never asked on their first time.. Good Luck!
