Book Review (sort of)

I just finished reading a series of books that I really enjoyed.  The books are by a very funny writer named Stephanie Rowe and they create an amusing world that I hope to visit again and again! The Series Starts with a book called "Date me Baby One More Time", which is about Justine who is the immortal guardian of the goblet of eternal youth.  Her only friend is a dragon named Theresa who longs to regain the ability to shift to her human form and is addicted to cybersex.  Her mom was the previous guardian and is now in the afterlife and "satan" (who is portrayed as an egotisitical idiot with a huge romantic streak and temper of a petulant child) has a huge crush on her and would do anything to win her over.  We meet his #1 favorite Rivka (killer and harvester of souls) in Becca who is rebellious and even though she does have to follow his orders she follows them HER way and it is very amusing.  Satan Jr. is another fun character as he is trying to defeat his father and take over hell and they both are very amusing characters and their "battles" are hysterical as they try to one up each other.  I laughed out loud several times in this series of books and have enjoyed the series immensely. 

The Second book in the series is called "Must Love Dragons" it continues the tale with all the characters mentioned in the above paragraph and is about Theresa.  She has fallen in love with her main cybersex guy and makes a deal to become human for a day so she can meet him.  IT is also very funny and I don't want to ruin it for you!!!!

The third book in the series is called "He Loves Me, He Loves me Hot" and it is Becca's tale as she tries to emancipate herself from her service to Satan.  In this book we are introduced to Paige, a new Rivka who reminds me vaguely of Pollyanna or Little Orphan Annie full of joy and sunshine (too bad that joy comes from killing people and harvesting their souls.  BUT good for us she only likes to harvest the bad guys!)

The Fourth book in the series, the one I just finished, "Sex and the Immortal Bad Boy" is the tale of Paige and her struggle with the wraith Satan has had put into her.   WHen the wraith takes over her a single touch from her could kill anything living.  She struggles with it because she loves her friends and doesn't want anything bad to happen to them or herself.  She hires JED a Shadow Warrior to protect her from herself and more hilarity ensues!

I loved these books and just wanted to sign in and give a brief description of them.  I really did enjoy them alot and hope if you read them you enjoy them too!  Stephanie Rowe has quickly moved up into the ranks of my favorite authors and I am dying to read everything else she writes and puts out there for us!!! BRING IT ON I AM READY!!!!! LOL
