If It's Tuesday, This Must be Belgium...no wait, it's Wednesday isn't it?  Darn.

If It's Wednesday, This Must be Madrid!!!

Quick note to let you all know I'm in Madrid...the last day of three.  Tomorrow morning I take a train to Valencia, and after that another train to Barcelona.

No pictures, since I'm writing this off a borrowed computer in the basement of the hotel I'm staying in.  But I've been doing a lot of walking around to see the amazing fountains and statues in every Plaza...saw the bull ring...did a quickie bus tour of the city...and today I spent the day in the Prado and Reina Sofia museums.  I'll tell you all about them in future posts.

My feet are killing me.

Okay, this is going to be short.  I hope you all stop by next week.  I have some great photos of Rome and by then will also have photos from the three places in Spain.

sounds like a great trip. I know what you mean about the aching feet. I was surprised I was still able to walk after I got back from Europe in September.
