One of my favorite vacations was in 2003 when 2 of my sisters(Theresa and Connie) and I went to London and Paris for 10 Days...in the month of March.
We departed from Denver with a stop in Chicago. The flight was nice now that the coach seating in the planes are upgraded with individual TVs and bigger seats to strech out on.
When we landed in London's Heathrow at 6am it was perfect: cold and raining. Yes, I love typical London weather. We found down to the tube and off our hotel near Earl's Court around 8:30am. It was close to the tube stop and they held our bags while we went for coffee and a quick look around our neighborhood.
Connie is from Spokane and to our delight we found a Starbucks. It was great to have some hot coffee and sit in the window and watch the Londoners make their way to work and school.
Soon, it was check-in time and a much needed cat nap.
