I'm home

Last week I drove from my west Michigan home to visit a friend in central Ohio for a few days.  It was a nice visit that included a trip to the Columbus Zoo.  I have lots of photos and videos to share.  

When I arrived home on Saturday I had a 25.00 Target gift card waiting for me from Gather!   Thank you everyone!!  I used the gc to buy the 3 disc special edition of Twilight.  woohoo

I'm hoping to go back to see my friend in June.  About an hour from her house is a 10,000 acre wild life refuge called The Wilds.  There you can see elephants and tigers and lots of other animals roaming free with no fences or walls. 

Do you have any trips planned?

It sounds like a great trip, and what a great surprise to return to. I am currently gathering for a weekend trip to the Florida Keys.
Yep- but you already know all about it. ;)

Hey- I'm bringing Easter baskets for all the kids on Saturday at noon, before Alex's birthday party. I think we are doing an egg hunt, too.

glad you had a nice time. I visited the Columbus Zoo a few years ago. I went to Hawaii in January so that was my big vacation. I'll go to my family reunion in August in W. Virginia.

I just cashed out for a $25 Target gc today. So hopefully i'll go there soon! :) Probably get groceries with it though. We're pretty tight with money right now.

I have Friends and family in both places to my sons in Michigan and my moms in Ohio everyone else on my side is in Florida, lots of friends in between.

It sounds like you had a wonderful trip. It's nice to return to a gc. I watched the movie Twilight with my daughter and her boyfriend and really enjoyed it.
