Today my mother and I had a girls day out, well except that we brought the baby with us! We hit Target and were instantly greeted with the $1 bins which were marked with a big beautiful "75%" sign. JACKPOT! My mom and I raided those bins for a good hour before venturing to the Christmas section where we proceeded to spend another 2 hours. I got $160 worth of stuff for only $40. Stocked up on tons of stocking stuffers, small gifts, some ornaments for a few people, and Christmas labels. I was so proud of my great finds! I would say that one of my best finds was at the dollar bins. There were two cookie cooling racks which were originally $2.50 each but I got them for only like 62 cents...the reason this was such a good find for me is because I was complaining the other day that we have NO cookie cooling racks...well, now we do! And for only 62 cents each!
We also hit Marshalls and Walgreens, which were also good, but I would have to say that most of the great finds were at Target.
