 Do you have a goal that you're gathering for? I'm working to get to the cash option and gathering for a new lens for my camera. I really, really want the Nikkor 70-300 mm f/4-5.6G VR ED AFS Lens. At $549 I have a bit of gathering to do. ;)

Ha! I'm looking at new lenses myself, though I have a Canon. The one that I really want is $1000, so clearly THAT won't ever happen (and it's not really practical since it's not as if I'm a photographer), but something cheaper may be doable. Anyway, I have $14. You should get yourself onto the April Cash Go-Getters List that Faith has up. It's on her namespace - branson555.gather.com.

I am going for the cash this month as well. And oddly enough, we need a fence too. The empty lot next door's construction crew took our fence down because it was on the property line, and they needed to build a retaining wall...we have two big dogs, and now no fence. The allowed us to take out fence and roll it up, so we have a temporary little part of the yard fenced opff for hem to go out in. We are going to get a big wooden fence so we don't have to look at those jerks! I currently have 7779 points, and 336 friends! Good luck!

I've gotten right at a 1000 points this month, so doing okay so far.

As for the goal, I'd like to not have to pick up another job, lol. I spend tons of time online and love being here, so if I could get paid a tiny amount for doing it, then it helps justify things, hehe.

I am just new to Gather and have not been able to find out info about the points that everyone is talking about. Can anyone tell me where this info is located? I have written and submitted quite a few articles about goals and goal setting. Do I get points for doing that? Thanks for the help!

My goal is 1,565 points for the amazon card. I only have about 150 so I have a ways to go. Viewing all of a persons photos and commenting and rating them seem like a very fast way to get points.
