For fear of saying that I was over-anxious about it, I'm just going to come out and say it! Gather finally sent out the cash-option notifications this evening. I was so tickled to check my email and find out that I'm going to be able to convert to cash. I've been a good boy and saved up points for a couple months with the hope of making the cash-option. This was my initial savings plan for Christmas money to spend on Jennifer. I had come up with a back-up plan just in case something happened with the cash-option (it's never a guarantee). I didn't want to get caught without any money left to spend on my darling wife. Especially, since she is about to give birth to our fourth child. How crappy would that be? She gives birth to a child for me, and I can't afford to buy her Christmas presents.
Well, not to worry, Gather came through with perfect timing! I will be faxing in the paperwork tomorrow so that I can convert over and cash out in time to do some Christmas shopping! I'm so tickled.
I hope everyone else is doing well. We are celebrating Thanksgiving a day early tomorrow. I have the joy of working the entire weekend, thanks to Uncle Sam. It's my year to bite the bullet on this one. Oh well.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! Safe journeys to all who may be traveling.

I'm so happy for the both of you!!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
Marci, as to your question. I work with jet fuel in the Air Force. I've done a variety of different things relating to jet fuel over the last 10 years, but right now I'm a dispatcher/accountant.

I am so glad that I have it, the money I cashed in a couple weeks ago, helped us buy some Christmas gifts!
Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving Celebration today!!!!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING to you and Jennifer and the little ones.
Now once my Bride Visa comes through, or whatever the heck it is I need, I'll get an ATID # and then I'll be eligable for the cash option. I've gotten $500 worth of gift cards this year. I'm so glad my wonderful husband loves to read, because I've got an almost unlimited supply of Borders cards to blow on him!!
Click on my flags next to this comment, and you can read all about when I'm going back to AZ!
Also, do you keep track of your points so you know when you hit it? Because I keep cashing out for gift cards and going down to a few hundred and I don't keep track after that.
One more question (sorry) why wouldn't everybody want the cash? I mean you can take the cash and buy what you wanted with the gift cards anyway and spend it other places too. Is there a catch? Do you have to keep up that pace to stay on it?
