Good morning. I still just get Borders cards. Maybe I'll start getting Target cards. We ALL need things at Target (at least those of us with a Target nearby).

I guess I don't really care about the whole cash system thing anyway because I never made it.

I've been with paypal for four years and never had any security issues with them. Just watch for those phishing mails and you'll be fine.

I've had my Paypal account for years and so far no trouble at all. I have gotten fradulent paypal emails...I report them. I also get them from ebay and bank accounts...I report those too. Just don't ever answer an Paypal email, and you should be fine.

You can deposit your paypal balance into your bank account every day if you want. I'll never make the cash option so the new options won't matter to me.

I have gotten the phony PayPal emails, and the bank ones.

I could take the cash but prefer the cards to earmark for projects. I've haven never had a problem with Paypal. I get phony emails constantly though. They look so legit. I hope people aren't falling for them. I do take the time to report them all to Paypal.

I use the gift cards and they do come in handy. I was able to buy my textbooks with them this semester.

That is good, last year I had some 5.00 codes for Amazon and get some money off text books for my daughter

You can order extra security for your paypal account for $5. It is a little keychain-like device that rotates a code every 3 minutes that you have to enter to get into your paypal account in addition to your username and password. It is virtually impossible to hack into anyone's paypal account with this device. Just some info for you. If you need anymore help, just let me know, my fiance works at paypal/ebay.

Hi Donna~ I've been with Paypal since 2003. And have never had one problem with them. I've read were some people, say Paypal charges them. I guess Iam in a different type of Paypal. I have never had a charge before. But then again I do not have it hooked up to any checking account. I use to have it verified through a Green Dot credit card. But actually you dont have to get it verified. I had to drop my Green Dot. So it's no longer in use there. And I have no other CC to use, nor a checking account. But Iam still able to shop online.

Places like EBay wont let you buy with Paypal, unless your verified. There are tons of online shopping that does not require your Paypal to be verified.

I myself have been with Gather over 2 years now. Unreal how it's went by. I really have no complaint about the change. Since I was sending my earnings to Paypal. But I feel sorry for those members that wanted it by check.

We had to do alot to turn over to the cash option. Just getting to the 3000 mark during a months time was a job. lol Plus we had to print out that w-2 form and some other form to sign. Giving them our SS#'s, and mail or was it fax it back to them.? It's been so long, Iam not sure. I never got a pay out for under $10.00 and that was only twice. Usually it was over $50.00. I can see where in time. Members getting a small pay out. Would cause trouble.

It's all okay with me though. Im kind of looking forward to some of those G/C's. When I first joined there weren't any I wanted. Now there is a nice list to choose from. =)

I have been using PayPal as well, never had any problems. The one time something came up was when I won a contest they had three years ago. I won $1000 from them because I used their service during a set time period and I did not even know about it. The funny thing was at first I thought it was an email scam and ignored it. Had I not sent the response calling them out, then i would have never known and my wife would not have her new computer.
