If you are like me the grocery store seems like a ghost town when it comes to finding ready to eat treats or snacks for my constantly nibbling toddler. So many things have loads of chemicals, salt and high fructose corn syrup. I have found a few items which are ready to serve and toddler friendly.
Stoneyfield yobaby yogurt... while it does have some sugar, it is organic cane sugar.
Earth's Best Organic Letter of the day cookies... not a staple, but as sweets go not bad... all organic and not super sweet.
Veggie Booty (by Robert's American Gourmet... My daughter loves these. Rice/corn puffs with spinach and kale. Less than half the sodium of regular cheese puffs. These actually get much of thier flavor from powdered veggies. Good source of vitamins A and C, also have a little calcium and iron. Great way to get some veggies into a fussy toddler. These puffs are easy for younger toddlers to handle with minimal choking hazard.
Fruit strips/leather... I cut these into matchstick wide slices to avoid choking, some kinds have more vitamins than others
Alexia Sweet Potato fries... more nutritious than regular fries, this brand is lower in sodium than some others. Can be messy and needs to be baked, but still pretty quick & easy.
These are just a few of the ready to serve snacks I have found for my daughter. More will be added soon. Please post your finds also.

hard boiled eggs; pepperoni slices; yogurt; cheese slices; grapes; grape tomatoes; cereal mix (bit of chex, bit of cheerios, bit of life, etc.); dried blueberries (and fresh when in season); crackers/chopped pita bread (no peanut butter yet, still have a baby); pretzel sticks (dip 'em in chocolate for a treat if they're good); strawberries; blueberry cake (halve the sugar and double the blueberries - nobody will know!); banana raisin muffins; raisins; goldfish.
That's off the top of my head...
Earth's Best Organic Crunchin' Crackers - They have more vitamins and minerals than regular crackers without as much fat and sodium (they use sea salt, which is better for you). They also come in the shape of Elmo and Big Bird.
Earth's Best Organic Cruchin' Grahams - Their nutritional values are a lot higher than regular graham crackers, and they use honey as a sweetener instead of sugar. They also come in different flavors, such as apple cinnamon.
Graduates Crackers (made with whole grain) - These don't have the nutritional value that Earth's Best does, but they are still better than Goldfish or some other crackers. I like that they are made with whole grain, and they provide variety. My daughter likes the veggie flavor the best.
