Hey everyone:
Remember my discussions of how they thought it was a boy from extra tissue in that area and so forth? And then the OB/GYN dr stating it was a girl after some time? Well, the tech lady today will be confirming the gender of the child and doing a count for toes/fingers and all that barnyard stuff that the OB/GYN just had a weak area in. As I hear, she was the one overall that was SUPPOSE to do my ultrasound, but since the OB/GYN was nice enough to try- but confused me within the process.. LOL, I will now be doing it with the correct person. :)
I can't wait... I will keep you ALL updated!! If not a boy- yes, I know I will be disappointed and maybe a little depressed about it for some time, but once I adjust- it should be all alright. And, I know health is important and I do realize this, whether a girl or not, I still worry about this child on the way NON-STOP!!! I just don't know HOW to braid hair, how to EVER put on some panty hose without them ripping or even button a dress with a girl moving constantly or that high-pitch screaming. Ahhhhhhhh! hahaha.
A few people have mentioned to me that boys scream high-pitch too.... who knows if that is true? I just thought having a girl, they're more sassy- complain more, and MOST boys (not all), but most are calm and laid back and if hyper- just some, jumping off a couch- which I could handle a lot better than any high pitch screaming since it hurts my ears ... I can handle hyperactivity, but the high pitch screaming, complaining, panty hose, dresses? I feel like screaming my OWN self!!!
Girl names??? We always had been told a boy, so we planned for a boy. We even had our hopes up for a boy-- still do, but if its a girl, YES, we will be happy, but it will involve more adjusting to. I just never knew if I could love a girl that same as a boy since I myself never was the GIRLY girl type. Know what I mean? I know nothing about makeup, but heck, I guess I could learn, huh? ::Big smile::
GIRL NAMES---ahhhhhhhhhhh! What now? Well, let's just see if its a boy or girl first- THEN we will decide on a girl name. I told my nurse lady for my ob/gyn office that after getting my hopes up for a boy, I don't want to do the same for a girl and then go through all the stress again about worrying what I'll do for a boy. I know I will be happy regardless, but in my dreams ever since little, I always imagined I'd have a little boy, become a teacher (working on my degree now) and so forth, but who knows? Life doesn't always go as you plan on it... We will see TODAY!!! I can't wait!!! I'm excited? I will be telling everyone results and IF results is a girl- EVERYONE should know my next post will be asking- GIRL names.. !!! LOL... Haha!
Love you all!!
Big hugs,
thanks for all the support!!!
Michelle
