Hello everyone, and Happy FRIDAY!!!!! Well, November is ending, and that means that we are that much closer to Christmas (and even closer to Hanukkah).
I have to work on a Christmas present project this weekend. I am putting together a photo scrapbook for my dad and step-mom that will include pics of him before I was born (minus my mom), my baby pics, and on and on until current pictures. My mom and I came across some of the old family photo albums that we thought were lost in a fire several years back. They were in a storage container at my mamaw's. We have come up with the idea, since my dad does not have that many of these OLDER pictures. I think they will love it, and hope that I get a serious creativity boost for constructing it.
Do you have any creative plans for the weekend? Getting more shopping done? Or just kicking back and relaxing?
Let me know!

This weekend, the Festival of Lights starts at the local zoo, so if it's nice out, maybe we'll go there tomorrow night.

We will be shopping and maybe even car shopping! I found a car that I want and am hoping that Santa will be really nice to me this year!
Other than that we will be celebrating my big contest win:)
If my hands are okay, I plan to start carving two trout on a bench back. This is really hard. My friend who died last week...his mother died a month ago. As a favor to my friend I agreed to carve fish on two bench backs. His father is donating them to a couple of conservation clubs his mom belonged too. I completed one but am having a hard time starting the other. I'll post a pictures of one of the finished boards.
