I has just seen the news and the most horrifying news was on. Stars City (The biggest mall in Egypt and the whole middle east and coast 9 billion to be constructed) caught on fire this afternoon.
It was around 4:25 when it happened. A shop under construction, by an electric wiring cause in the same arena of movies' floor (Fifth floor), has caused the fire. Fire took over the whole floor and the ceiling collapsed, causing 23 injuries.
It was a half an hour fire and they evacuated the building as fast as they could. The manager of civil defence in Cairo stated that they got rid of fire in only ten minutes. The general manager of Stars City calso stated that they had pre-fire plans that were excuted smoothly.
Let's just say thank god they were only slight injuries....
