Also, the format here is not a corrido, which has some fairly specific formal requirements.
This is like a ballada.
If you are interested in corridos, I would heavily suggest a GREAT book on them by Elija Wald.
It's called "Narcocorrido", but that's a publisher marketing ploy...actually it's about the corrido's soul and role, with some mention of the narco subform.
Check it out, it's not just a good book on this subject, it's a very remarkable piece of research and writing.
