To answer the school bus question, buses are painted yellow because the black lettering showed up the best with that color, which is the easiest to see in the early morning hours.
Why do we drive on parkways and park on driveways? If firefighters fight fire, what do freedom fighters fight? How much deeper would the ocean be without sponges?
