I think it would also be nice to be able to upload more than one photo at a time like you can on sites like snapfish.com where you can order your prints. It's much faster and that way if you're doing a photo essay with like 10 or 20 pictures, it would take a lot less time than it does now. Just a thought!

I'd also suggest that Gather should let us put an RSS feed on our profiles..Many Gatherers also have blogs or AC articles they might want to share with others..Just my 2 cents :)
another suggestion..how bout instead of the "whats going on" feed in the top right corner, Gather shows us a list of who pinged us and who is now our friend? just an idea since that might be better to see than everyone else's activities :)
I'm just learning what I have on my page. Actually, I intended to click on Krystal's baby picture and got a list of her posts instead. New here.... As for the baby picture, I would have typed, "Adorable!" Isn't Krystal's baby adorable! He looks just like his mommy.
I agree!!!! I don't post often, because it takes forever to upload one pic, tag it, and send it to groups. Batch uploading would be great, and albums, with notifications for new pics in them (like myspace) would be great!
I like the "photo album" idea... but... "batch loading" would SO not work for me on clunky, funky dial-up... I have a hard enough time just getting ONE photo to load!
I am with everyone and the Batch loading, and photo albums. It would be so much easier to sort my work out that way. Half of the time I dont like sharring personal photos just because I use this as a professional site, with albums It could make things MUCH easier..

Gather will be adding the capability to group your photos into albums very soon...perhaps by the end of the year. We may also be able to upload more than one image at a time as well, although I am uncertain if this will be available at the same time.
