here are some different things to help
if you break a cookie before eating all the calories fall out
freeze cakes and pies before eating. the freezing process elliminates all the calories
having cake for breakfast is a great idea - it is the same as grabbing a donut or danish.
carrot cake is the most nutrious food around. most of your basic food groups are in carrot cake.
carrots (vegies) for good eye sight
flour (grain) (healthy protien)
butter & milk (dairy) (for strong bones)
cream cheese (dairy) cheese is a good source of calcium!
nuts (protien)
eggs (protien)
so when you think about all of this it makes sense to have a piece of cake for EVERY meal!
(i have been telling this to my friends for many years now, I have even try telling this to my doctor, of course he just smiles and shakes his head)
