It's Snowing here in Georgia....(w/ photos)

It's snowing here in Georgia tonight. I'm so excited, because I want snow so bad. I figure if it's going to be in the 20's, then I want snow.

This is the view in my backyard. The snow is beginning to stick...Yeah!!

 

The most snow is on the truck, so the kids were using this snow for snowballs. Yes, I know....Pher doens't have a coat on. He doesn't think it's that cold out, since it's in the 30's. He's been used to the neg. temps from Minnesota.

Pher threw a couple of the snowballs at me too....he didn't want me taking photos of him.

 

Angela just got hit in the back with a snowball....the kids had so much fun outside. Too bad that we are suppose to get freezing rain later tonight.

The snow stopped here about 10 minutes ago. Now it's just flurries again. What you had on your car is about all we ended up with just 25 minutes SW of you. Nice photos!

My daughter in Georgia wanted snow! But she lives way down by the Florida and Alabama lines, so maybe it didn't snow there?

My husband is in Folkston Ga, right now, he said it was cold,(for Ga), but no snow!

It missed us, just rain in SC. A neighbor said it may snow and/or sleet. I'm glad we missed it, I moved here to get away from the snow. Poor little Angela's hands look cold. I bet they loved it.

Great photos! We've gotten little enough snow here this year that I sort of miss it, but I don't mind just seeing it in pictures... less mess on the roads to worry about! :)

Wonderful photos -- the snow looks quite pretty! And your kids look like they're having a blast -- as only kids can do in such cold weather :-) I'd rather be inside staying warm :-)

Great pictures, especially the one of your daughter! You LIKE the snow? I wish I could give you all of ours. (we're in Connecticut and we've got about a foot of it plus the ice on top) YUCK, I'm waiting for spring :)

My daughter is wanting snow sooo bad; and she may well get that wish in the next couple of days. We got a very small amount the other day and they were trying to sled down some grass and their butts melted what snow there was. lol

No snow for us in Middle Georgia . Great photos ,especially under the duress of a snowball fight ! :-)
Hey phil, it may happen today! I went out a bit ago and we were surprised to see icy rain coming down! There's the chance we may see some snow come down. It would be a hoot as I'm alllllllll they way down in Ga., right near the FL border.
