ON VACATION - TO ME, FLORIDA SPELLS S-U-M-M-E-R!

Spring is just around the corner... and when I left Stuttgart, there were still odd corners and pockets of snow...

But here in Florida where I am on vacation - the only word for what it feels like is SUMMER! We have been going swimming and generally lounging around outdoors...

Today I chose to sit in the shade - too much sun (!?!)

Oranges galore - soo good!

 

A chipmunk enjoying a snack...

Grapefruit - fantaastic breakfast!

 

And of course, roses.

Thanks so much for stopping by - yes, I am using lots of sunblock - eating oranges and grapefruit - going swimming... generally having fun!
It is fantastic weather, isn't it? If I'd known how good orange blossoms smell, I'd have moved here eons ago, just for that...
