Every day of my recent vacation in Florida was filled with new impressions, most of them beautiful. Come on one of my late afternoon walks with me and let me show you what I mean. We are going back to the bay, via the boardwalk. To the right:
and to the left:
Clouds reflected in the water: 
Look up!
Stretching its wings...
Can't make up its mind yet... 
Look down at the water... 
Slowly drifting downward 
Turn and look east!
Fiery clouds
The sun isn't moving you know - we are! And quickly too! 
A look back at a hotel on the other side of the bay. The sunset is making golden windows.
A pink cloud
Now for a brisk walk along that narrow slice of beach. 
Still there... 
walking along... 
looking at the sun 
Almost gone now
still glowing 
The last few rays 
Looking back 
The sky is muted now, but the trail of a plane is pink. 
The water is pastel. Soon it will be darkest blue. 
Time to go back over the boardwalk.
When sunlight leaves us, man begins the task of lighting up the world...
