It's not a group to post anything and everything you do - I am still trying to overcome that with a few members. In fact the first top articles article (which I'll post in a bit) basically features two members, rather than specific articles, because quite a bit of what got posted to the group through 10/15 wasn't really what I had in mind when I formed the group.
Many of the actual articles posted since then have a lot more quality to them. It's a newer group and it will take a bit to iron out the kinks with content submission.
To answer your question, yes, you should submit your elephant photo. Just make sure the posting date is 10/16 or later so it will be reviewed in mid November.
