My parents and I went out for lunch on Saturday, May 23 and my mom really liked this plant that was in front of the restaurant. We don't know what it is. Of course, I had my camera with me and knew I could count on my Gather friends to tell me what it is.
Thank you for your help

Sorry, I've never seen one before. It is lovely
no clue..but it is nice
dont know....
I've never seen this before either. You might go back and get a cutting from it and take it to Home Depot or Lowes and see if they can identify it for you.
Wow, it's really beautiful........however, unfortunately, I don't know the name of it! Sure hope somebody on Gather can help!
Thank you for posting your photo at Pretty Pictures.
They look like Wild flowers
I dont know what it is, but it is pretty.
I can't tell you the name either but it is very pretty.
I don't know what it is either, but it is very pretty!
I am pretty sure it is a cottoneaster, it looks like the cultivar known as 'the cranberry cottoneaster'!?! but look it up for pronunciation, it is not said out loud as it is spelled, sounds like 'cot-tone-E-aster' (NOT 'cotton-easter')
thank you Patti
Very pretty, I will keep an eye out for it's name.
Does not look familiar
Sorry, no idea.
I have no clue, but I bet if you took this picture to Lowe's Garden Center or somewhere like that, they would be able to tell you.
pretty thanks for sharing don't know what it is though/
Sorry! I've never seen anything like it.
pretty, but I don't recognize it at all~
JoAnn,
I think it is a variety of Cotoneaster horizontalis .The fishbone pattern of the leaves helps ID.
JoAnn - They were selling these at Home Depot this year. The were a different name then what people above have mentioned though. Unfortunantly I can not remember the name. If I go by Home Depot in the next couple of days I will look again for you.
thank you everyone for your help
Cotoneaster would be my best guess too. I tried searching but didn't find anything that looks like this
I thought it looked like broom, They are green bushes year around and then once a year they bloom for a month. Yellow - orange or red.
I don't know.
"Whatever" they are, --- they are very pretty!!!!
I love flowers and may have seen it, But dont know the name of this one.
I guess you have your answer. It is pretty whatever it is.
I think it's gorgous, and if I see any for sale I'm buying a few!
