Your Twenty Sixth Prompt is "Bequeath and Inherit" .

For this challenge I am going to require that you use both words in your poem.  This last week was great!  All of your poems were marvelous.  Thank you all for continuing to support our group through the past twenty five weeks. 

 

 

Remember, you can write in whatever style you please.  But do take a moment to look at the group description if you haven't already.  Also, please continue to post the names and rules of any of the less ordinary poetic forms that you use.  I am becoming familiar with several, but there are quite a few new to me and it is hard to keep up without a little help.  So be kind. Thank You.

 

 

Please remember to add "Poetry Please Single Word Challenge" or just "Single Word Challenge" to either your title or tags as I will be monitoring the group.

i believe in knowing one's limitations. life is less painful that way. both for myself and those around me. as a poet, i stink! part of being one, or truly appreciating what is being said, is to have the ability to understand the words. if someone isn't blasting away with at least a large handgun, i'm afraid i'm lost.

i realize this admission of being poetry challenged is of little interest to the truly wonderful poets who frequent gather, but i just can't stand comments whose intenton is merely to get points.
