I'd like to take a moment to ask those of you who aren't aware, or who may have forgotten, to please continue to post the names and rules of any out of the ordinary poetic forms that you use.  I am becoming familiar with some, but there are quite a few new to me and it is hard to keep up without a little help.  So be kind. Thank You.

 

Remember, you don't have to actually use the word and you can write in whatever style you please.  But do take a moment to look at the group description if you haven't already.

 

Please remember to add "Poetry Please Single Word Challenge" or just "Single Word Challenge" to either your title or tags as I will be monitoring the group.

 

This last week was incredible!  All of your poems were so impressive.    I think it was the highest scoring week so far.  Thank you all for continuing to support our group through the past twenty one weeks.  I'd also like to welcome our new writers to Poetry Please.

I hope to come back from the hinterlands of Mother-of-Bridezilla-land to "blink" out my pent-up emotions in some coherent form! I missed the envelope challenge because of work, but I've already delved into some of the poetry for the Blink challenge. Wow! This word has produced some amazing results. What a great challenge week :).
