my daughter's proposal

My daughter was sitting in my husband's lap playing patty cake with him when his wedding band caught her eye. She said "daddy you have one like momma" & he told her that is because momma & I are married and we got them together, after a few moments of starring at it, she exclaimed "daddy I want to be married and get a ring with you!" It was the cutest thing!

very sweet... for many years my youngest son would tell people. "when I grow up, i want to go to boston College and I will share my room with my mom." Ok, he's 15 now, and cringes when I tell him that story.
