I am starting a project here at home that I thought I would ask for help with.
My husband has told me that he doesn't understand why I continually shop for food when we have so much in the freezer. I told him that I am only buying the things we need OR the things that will help use up the other stuff but he really doesn't want me shopping for anything unless we completely run out. So, I took an inventory of what is in the freezer and what is in the refrigerator and I need some ideas to use these things up. I will make a new list every month and everyone can help me use up the things.
Right now the problem is room in the freezer for my turkey, which I will most likely be getting in 2 weeks from yesterday.
Here is the list:
5 packages of loin pork chops (no bones) - 3 chops in each
6 packages of 5 boneless skinless chicken thighs (I use 2 packages per meal)
1 chicken carcass
2 packages of organic beef (3/4 of a pound each)
3 packages of 3 beef tenderloin fillets in each
1 bag of cooked pulled pork (enough to feed about 6 people)
1 ziploc box of cooked brisket
1/2 box of Quaker Steak thin cheesesteak sandwich steaks
1 package of smoked sausages (2 long sausages in the pack)
3 baggies of green beans - cooked
1 box of Green Giant Asian Medley
1 box of Green Giant Garden Veg Medley
1 bag of McCain potato wedges
1 bag of frozen peas
2 bags (gallon size) of Chili Mac
2 boxes of Pillsbury Pie Dough
Refrigerator:
1 package of blue cheese
1 piece of Mizithra cheese (a dry cheese from Greece)
1 piece of Ricotta Salata cheese (a dry version of ricotta that is more for grating)
1 jar pepper jelly
1 jar of spicy mustard
1 bottle of Mushroom Sage Steak Sauce
So, any help would be appreciated. What would you make with these items? I need to create 14 different meals and try and use up everything so I can start again!

I like the idea of the empanadas. You think I could use the Pillsbury dough for the empanadas? That might be a good way of using it up.
;-)
You do need to start cooking it.
Were we separated at birth?
the chilimac and organic beef with cheese
throw in some veggies and call it good
stew - chicken thighs and veggies for a lighter version
stew - organic beef and veggies for traditional version
