I made this for a snack today and it was pretty good. I think I will try a different syrup though as the one I used wasn't chocolate-y enough and wasn't sweet enough. This makes a lot - enough for 2 huge ones or 4 smaller ones. I omitted the whipped cream to cut some of the calories. If you are really watching those calories and fat, I would just spray on some Lower fat Reddi Whip or Fat Free Cool Whip.
Iced Cappuccino Delight
For cappuccino:
1 cup coffee, or
2 shots espresso, cooled
1 cup skim milk
3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, fat-free
5 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup*
1 cup ice
For whipped cream:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp confectioners sugar
For cappuccino: Place coffee, milk, yogurt, syrup and ice in a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
For whipped cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form. At this point, you may add extracts or any additional flavorings you like.
For assembly: Pour the cappuccino in a glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with
a sprig of mint.

I always use any leftover morning coffee for iced coffee later in the day. Just adding some sugar and creamer before putting it in the refrigerator. Sometimes I might add a squirt of Hershey's syrup to it. Nice over crushed ice on a hot Florida day!
In the cold weather I just put a package of cocoa mix right into my first hot cup of morning coffee! Nice!!
Not generally fond of iced coffee, this sounds wonderful!
