I saw this today and it reminded me of a dip I had once. I am going to try this.
Best Ever Asparagus Dip
Asparagus Festival Cookbook
1/4 cup cooked asparagus, mashed
4 scallions (with tops), chopped
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp dill weed
1 pkg ranch dip mix
1 cup mayonnaise and
1 cup sour cream
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill. Garnish with aspargus tips (optional). Serve on crackers or as a vegetable dip.
Yield: Approx 3 cups.
