This was Tuesday nights dinner. I served it with some quinoa and a vegetable.
Originally it called for Cod, which I didn't have, but I had some wild salmon so that is what I used. It was just delicious. We loved the seasoning on this.

Broiled Salmon

1 tb olive oil
1/2 ts sweetener
1/4 ts salt
1/4 ts granulated garlic
1/4 ts curry powder -- as hot as you like
1/2 ts smoked paprika
1/4 ts ground pepper
4 salmon fillets
2 ts olive oil
Brush salmon with the tbsp of oil. In a small bowl, combine the seasonings. Rub the seasonings on the fish. Let it sit and marinate for a little while (up to 30 minutes).
Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Place 1 tsp oil on each fillet. Serve with rice and veg.

NOTES : Risa's notes:
Original recipe called for cod. I find salmon has more flavor. Original also calls for marinating the fish in fat-free italian salad dressing and melting butter on top of each fillet when it comes out of the broiler. I omitted the saturated fat from the dish by omitting the butter.
