Last night's dinner was surf and turf. That meant beef tenderlions wrapped in peppered bacon and grilled. Shrimp Scampi for me and Shrimp Cocktail for John.
For our side dish, I took out a package of my twice baked potatoes that I had prepared and frozen a while back, and we were set!

Tenderloins wrapped in peppered bacon (secured with a toothpick) and marinated in a little Dale's Steak Seasoning.

I heated the potatoes in the oven at 350 degrees, until hot.

I then topped them Velveeta cheese and put them back in the oven to melt the cheese while John grilled the steaks.

I put the scampi in the toaster oven on broil. When the steaks were ready, so was everything else!

It was a real feast!
