3 Tbs. Lawry's Thai Ginger Mareinade
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 large red pepper sliced
1 large yellow pepper sliced
1 large onion sliced
1 cup of snap beans
Coat the raw chicken with thai Ginger marinade. Let it sit over night. Then place it in the bottom of a crock pot. Add the peppers, onions, and snap beans on top.
Cover and cook on High for 1 hour, and then switch to low for 4 more hours.
Serve with brown rice cooked on the stove.

sounds yummy.
I haven't tried Lawry's marinade but I make a lot of my own marinades. This looks very simple to do.
