A little twist would be this:
Mash garbanzo beans (chick peas) 15 oz. can drained and rinsed, with 1 tbs. lemon juice, 1 tbs. olive oil, 2 fresh garlic cloves minced,and 1/3 cup drained roasted red blell peppers from a 7 oz. jar. Use the food processor if you have one. Otherwise, use a fork and mash as smooth as you can.
