I love good tasting foods, but simple recipes.
This one is the easiest, and very tasty.
2 tb. butter
1 can (11 oz) cheddar cheese soup
1 can (11 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 1/ 2 cup 1/2 and 1/2
1/4 cup sherry
In a 3 qt. sausepan, over med. heat, stir all the ing. don't bring to a boil.

It sounds easy and good. The biggest trick is usually in the seasoning, yes?
