2 qts. popped popcorn
2 cups boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 cups of warm milk or cream
Stir popcorn into boiling water. Add salt. Boil at least 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. and cover pan, and let stand several minutes. Serve with warm milk or cream.
Opt: You can top it with a little brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, raisins, or nuts.
