Morning in Michigan

The wind is howling outside and I just heard the snowplow go down our street which means shovelling!!  ARRG!  The temperature has dropped into the single digits and as I said the wind is howling.  We are supposed to be well below zero tonight!  So I was wondering, How is your weather?  Is it sunny and warm or snowing and bitterly cold?

Our weather is unusually warm. I love warm weather, but for some reason, I can't seem to lose any weight when it's warm.
Southeast Louisiana is cold, about 38 degrees, but the sun is shining bright, so it will warm up fast I hope. We are suppose to have these temps all week, I guess we will see.

For are weather, are you sure you want to know about the warmth and the sun was out yesterday, it was so nice! All week my guy said this is supposed to be this way......it might it 60 outside, which is warm! Inside 85 or so....

It's cold outside, but lucky theres no wind. It's only going to be in the teens and maybe 20's for the rest of the week.

Lawdy, coulda gone the rest of me days without hearing about this, not like I didn't guess allready though!! Here's to hoping it's getting it out of it's system now, I'll be flying your way for week February 3rd, which is insane, but for my son and my mothers birthday, so I gots to go. Always good for reminding me why I don't live there anymore though, today at 9 am it's 50 and sunny out, on my way home from work will be about 70, now this is what I love about Arizona, glorious!
I am here with ya and it is soo windy too which is making it worse! Today I just shoveled around the car and I am on strike from shoveling anymore!! LOL!!

Well, I am a Michigander and it is breezy and cold. The snow has stopped for a bit. I love fall the best. The temperature is not too hot and not too cold. This right now is just downright frigid.

The wind is blowing here in Montana.. The snow is all gone right now But it is coldIt is 42. But that cold wind makes feel colder

It's down right cold in Detroit, got a couple inches of snow last night/this morning! But on the bright side the sun is shining and it looks nice out! LOL have to always look on the bright side!

Well we started at zero or below, and was very sunny, right now it is 14 and cloudy.

You must have the weather we had yesterday! It is suppose to be bad again tomorrow, a repeat of yesterday!

I'm sorry you have to shovel, I make the men of the house do it! Although I am quite capable.

Yikes! Stay warm...Its cold for here 25 :(
it was cold when I went to bed last night........@ 8ish or so.......
but when I got up this morning at 3 the temp 'was' 34º.......and windy,
very windy!!!
and now the temps have dropped 20º to 14º

I am so glad my parents moved us to North Carolina when we were teenagers. Michigan is freakin' freezing!

I haven't heard a snow plow in years.

But it is only 40 here today, so we get a bit chilly sometimes.

Right now there are some flurries outside, but the temp is only 12 degrees and I'm freezing my tookus off! I swear the heat at my work isn't working and I'm sitting at my desk right now, trying to eat my lunch with gloves, a fleece and my winter jacket on!

I just shiver reading your post. I am happy to be in Texas where it is i the 40's which is chilly for us but it is forecasted to be 75 by Wednesday.

Beleive me! I've spent enough mornings in Michigan! LOL! I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Left there in '84, lived in Florida for 9 years and moved to San Diego in '93 and have been here ever since. This is truly a great place to live.
I haven't seen snow since '84 except in photos and T.V. and I plan to keep it that way! LOL!

Don't know about what it was like that day, but we've just had another few days in the 70s. Last two times it's gotten to the 80s we had a cold front come in for a couple of days.
If I lived up north, I'd have to hibernate in the winter.
