The only panda born in the U.S. this year. 

 He is a cutie and Zoo Atlanta has the panda cam up and running 24/7 until this little guy is named on December 8th.  So when you feel stressed, sad or simply need a warm fuzzy to make it through your day pull up the Zoo Atlanta Panda Cam.

I must say, I was well disappointed when I finally saw pandas at the zoo. They had a pair here one summer. I thought they were much bigger and when I saw they were about the same size as my dog, I was bummed! I guess the camera really does add pounds - especially for pandas.

No, they are not as large as some bears but they are so cute, especially when they are quite young.

He really is Robin and his birth has been a boon to the zoo. I enjoy watching the panda cam, momma panda takes good care of the little guy.

He will be named when he is 100 days old, Chinese tradition. This little guy has been a huge draw to Zoo Atlanta so they are keeping the webcam going until he is named more than likely for publicity. It is unfortnate that he was the only panda cub born in the states this year. Hopefully there will be more next year. But he is a cutie!
