Every once in a while I get a good recipe in email and got this one. I figure its something different for lunch for my kids that is simple and quick so I wanted to pass it along. Have a great weekend!
Pepperoni Quesadillas
Description
This is like a pizza but also a quesadilla. Kids like it. It is made with tortillas and pepperonis.
Ingredients
Shredded cheese (cheddar is best)
Flour tortillas (enough for each person, 2 per quesadilla)
butter(soft)
pepperoni
Add other toppings if desired
Directions
Take two tortillas, butter one side of each. Cook on stove top in skillet on med-high heat. Put one tortilla butter side down. Place cheese on top. Add pepperoni in a circle. Add a little more cheese on top. Place the other tortilla with butter side facing up. Cook on each side for about 2 minutes. Cut in quarters or eight pieces which ever is better for the kids.

Total Time: 6 Min
