First stop, St Thomas.

During our day on St. Thomas, we took a trip over to St. John to spend the day laying on the beach and snorkeling at Trunk bay. The underwater snorkeling trail led from the beach out to the small island. Along the way, under water signs provided a wealth of interesting information.

Preparing to go zip lining in St. Lucia. About an hour's drive through the beautiful countryside, we made our way to the zip line location in the heart of the rain forest. There, we were equipped with a harness system and a helmet and given a quick demonstration - then off we went.

Then it was my turn. All in all, we enjoyed 7 zip lines - some of them as high as 85 feet off the ground and 500 feet long.

The requisite shot of the ship, Serenade of the Seas, from the dock in Antigua.

The view from our balcony as we leave St. Lucia. Located near Soufriere, these primeval twin peaks, topping 2,000 feet, are St. Lucia's most famous landmark.

Next to St. Lucia, our favorite stop was Barbados, where we swam with large sea turtles, snorkeled along a reef, saw two ship wrecks and relaxed on the beach. Here we are on the boat heading back to the ship.

Your great pictures brought back memories of our Serenade cruise in 2006. It is such awesome itinerary - our favorite islands where St. Lucia and Antigua.
Thanks for providing a moment to re-live our cruise.
