Wow - I finally found you and your group. Thanks for letting me dream again.!

I have had a few cruises on Royal Caribbean and loved them, especially the Mediterranean cruise we did last year.

Hello, my husband & I went on a cruise to Long Beach, San Diego, to & have some photo's on it up back in either April may no thats wrong we went for by birthday so it was at the end of June. i will have to look. I have more photo's to get up still. From the ship ones you buy while dinner with the Captain & when you went off the ship & so forth. I loved the all you can eat Chocolate night wow what a display. It was late. Midnight if I remember.
Anyways hope to do the Hawaii one. need to get pass ports first.

I love this group already. I am addicted to cruising and Royal Caribben especially.

I haven't cruised yet but it's number 1 on my list to do. My dream is Alaska. Hopefully I'll get there in the next year or two.

RCCL has the best customer service! They were my first and second cruise that I went on with my family and my 4 children had won many quality prizes. After leaving the ship I started to drive home to NH from Florida but stopped in Jacksonville to sleep in a motel because I was so exhausted about 10 at night. Being so tired, I figured I would get the luggage out in the morning for us to shower. Well , wrong move! I had my Van broken into that night and EVERYTHING was stolen, to the tune of 8,000 dollars! I had shopped prior to vacation and everyone had new clothes for the vacation as well as new dress clothes, gowns, shoes, belts etc! My good jewelry was in my luggage as well. All our luggage, souvenirs, everything was in the car but what seemed to bother me the most at the time was they even stole my cartons of cigarettes and couldn't even leave me a pack!!! Anyway my children only cared about their prizes they won during the cruise and it really bothered them so when I got home I wrote the cruise director and told him about our experience on the way home. I asked him if he could replace the childrens souvenirs . Soon I received in the mail a big box of souvenirs from Royal Carribbean replacing ALL the souvenirs my children had lost PLUS teeshirts, shorts, towels and hats for us! It cost 15 dollars to send the box so it was a large box of items! My children were thrilled to get their souvenirs back and I was thankful that they were happy to have their souvenirs back to help remember their first and second cruise! ( I had booked a back to back cruise when we docked because I didnt want to get off the ship we were having such a good time)!
I learned a valuable lesson from that when traveling to take EVERYTHING into a hotel no matter how exhausted I am. They obviously tried to get our TV and VCR out of the van also but didnt have time or didnt know how to unhook them so we were lucky they didnt get them!

RCCL needs to leave out of Boston!!! That would be awesome....

I found you on the Royal Caribbean Fan Web site and am so glad to join you on Gather. Our next cruise is on Liberty of the Seas on October 18, 2008. Is anyone else going on that cruise?
