They write in granite. I just swirl a stick through mud. I'll hope for fossils...

Still laughing about the fossils...

going on?
Happy St Patrick's Day to you too, my friend!!!
The second line brims with countless images, from print-making to sculpture to drawing to painting to that fragrant mixture of the imagination on fire with multiple media and the brushes of one's mind. You can inhale the expressive characteristics of the contemporary artist's studio and envision any number of fine works found in that vast environment. It is easy to recall the adventures you have recorded in your homage to Seurat and the dedication to the Pointillist style. There have been major milestones in jazzy color, diaphanous texture and the fine shaping of delicate form with rhythmic delicacy. Few painters have achieved such standards of impressionistic language, painterly skill or overall finesse of concept and execution.
Your inspired poetry most certainly has touched a large number of admirers here at Gather. In the spirit of great generosity, you have dedicated so many works to others, bringing to the light of day a multiple array of deep-hued colors in the form of the poem of friendship.
Thank you for this honor, Curt, and for the favor this poem bestows upon William and Lawrence as well.
This is a good one Curt.
