this is a poem I wrote about losing a loved one
What is the purpose for us here on Earth?
What is the meaning for each of our lives?
Some live to be over one hundred years old
Some don't make it out of the womb alive

God has to have some plan in all of this
There has to be some reason
Why each one of us exists
But How does God decide?
Who dies old. Who dies young.
What is his reason for taking some lives
When they've barely even begun
---------------------
I must believe there is some reason
Why things work out this way
AN answer of some kind
THat might help us put all our sorrows to rest
For all of our loved ones who've passed on
Hopefully into the light
Where God takes their hand and makes them angels
Who look after us
Both day and night
Then one day when it's our turn
We will reunite

That was beautiful. I know that we can be united again with our loved ones. If we are all worthy. That gives me comfort. We have lost many loved ones. That is what happens when you are from large families. Thanks for sharing your poem with me. :)
