I Love The New Slide Show Option

I just love the photo albums the members of Gather are making. I am really enjoying the slide shows. All I have to do is click on the album I want to view & then click on slide show. No clicking or waiting for the next photo to download. Instant beauty is at my finger tips. I just love it.

I do and I don't....I now can't see any of my photos, because they aren't in albums.

Commenting isn't as easy now I've found...

I too love the slide shows and Jax are photos are still all there to view you have to click on other as the defalut for my photos is now My albums
look on the right hand side it says All albums and under that it says other photos click on that and it takes you to all your photos

Sandra you can still make comments on each and every photo from the slide show on at the bottom of the page it comment on this photo click on that and you can make a comment as usual when you are done it takes you back to the slide show to continue.

It's a pain though April...it wants me to put my photos in albums...

I guess some groups are having issues with people making albums and getting them posted to the group...I've recieved multiple emails (different groups) about it.

Your photos are still there. Click on "My Photos and then Look on the left and click on "other photos"

I'm still getting used to it. I don't like that photos are automatically updated in my friend feed as they are posted. But, I do like organizing my photos by theme into an album. That way, I can go to a friend's page and if they have an album I like I can only look through those photos with that theme and not have to sift through hundreds of others that I might not want to see.

One thing I have noticed, though, is that now the photos I posted a long time ago can be more easily seen and I have already started to get comments on them.

It's a pain to comment on photos in albums so I have been skipping them. I still like single images best.

don't like the slideshow
from what I understand about it,
you don't get points for viewing
that way and the person who posted
doesn't get points either.
