Vivian - Tom told us that comments don't generate points. It's better to go through images and view and rate them.

Anyway, good luck getting those 7 points! You'll probably have to wait until the next point update to see the increase (usually around 5-10 minutes after the hour).

In response to Michelle (Is trying to gain weight) , there is another article around here that another Gather employee published that said that rating articles doesn't give you points either. (I can find the link for you if you need proof). It was because of that article that I never rated anything. I only made comments. So if comments don't get points, then how come I was able to get a borders GC?

Now I do both, rate and comment. I don't care anymore how the points come about. The point is that they do! ;-)
