i love photos...an image can say 1000 words.
its almost like music, a picture can relay such strong feelings. i have always been in love with photography and always try to capture the moment. pictures mean the world to me. they are memories of my past, the good times and the bad. they are memories of loved ones who live far away or have passed on. i have bags and bags and boxes of photos that i keep intending to scrapbook, but everytime i get a page done, i have 3 more rolls of pictures to go through! i have dozens and dozens of online files of photos as well. everyone knows, there are pictures of pets, scenery, family vacations, neices nephews, siblings, friends. when my grandma passed, i took all her old photos bc i think they are so important. It's part of my family history. I keep saying "one of these days, ill scrapbook these pictures and make them look better than ever" but it is very time consuming, expecially when it comes to also handling everyday life!
Does anyone else scrapbook or have any ideas for scrapbooking or online scrapbooking? Im trying to start a discussion for ideas of how to manage 1,000s of photos online and printed.

Of course, I am so far behind in my scrapbooking now that it isn't even funny.
Invest in some sort of organization tool. Boxes or folders or books or anything to keep your photos in some kind of order!
Label all printed photos asap - you'll be amazed at how often you'll look at a photo and go "who/where was that?"
I find that themed scrapbooks work best for me. I have a scrapbook for our wedding, one for a special summer job, another where each page is a letter of the alphabet.
