The fees to post have not been established yet, but I imagine it will work somewhat like Ebay where they get a cut of what you get for the job.
The obligation is for an 'active' year?

then there is one more problem as there are maximum 100% so if 100000 member are there then it will be 100000 % how will profit be divided ?
