Summer can't come soon enough

Today was a bit warmer outside here-I would say like 40 degrees.  The sun was shining and I was feeling good.  So, I am walking along, feeling good, and I step on this patch of ice and I break through it and get soaked up about 7 inches of my leg.  So picture me wearing cute little high heels and dress pants and then picture them soaked with a gross muddy water.  *SIGH*  Summer cannot come soon enough, let me tell you!

BTW, I've been there with the cracked ice and yucky, nasty water up the leg. Even been there in heels, although, lucky me, I was wearing a just below the knee skirt.

I hate winter so much, that I moved away from it about 18 years ago! I grew up in Montana (blizzard country!) and now live in Texas (Dallas area). It has been lovely here... The Bradford Pear trees are already blooming! The only downside --- ALLERGY SEASON IS HERE! ugh....
