These and more came from two little grape hyacinth bulbs. There were 27 bloom spikes at last count!
Here's white dogwood
And pink dogwood

And another white dogwood blossom that wasn't quite ready to open up
Blue creeping phlox

And another pretty little ground cover whose name no one seemed to know

Purple Columbine, with its head bowed as it usually is
And what it hides
Aren't these pretty?
These are almost gone for the year

I'm afraid neither I nor the camera did these justice. They're tiny, tiny, and just exquisite!

The evergreens are wearing pretty new growth

A porch planter at the local bed and breakfast
It couldn't be spring without the redbud trees, could it?

My neighbor's wisteria that I was afraid he had killed by pruning it back to completely bare trunk a few weeks ago! It has big clusters of blossoms that look and smell wondeful, and about three leaves!

And his lilac

And last for tonight but CERTAINLY not least, my new blue Columbine, which I think is gorgeous!

Well, that's all I have for you today. I hope you enjoyed looking at this as much as I enjoyed taking it!
