Lexus looks just like my Mocha!

And our kitties sleep in the basement. Wouldn't want one of them to "surprise" one of the dogs in the middle of the night.

SWEET! And looks very familiar :) Just give them a gentle nudge and they'll (hopefully) make room for you. They're probably there waiting for you, their person to come to bed with them!

In highschool all 3 of our cats would sleep with me in my twin bed. It was very crowded and very cozy. I miss having cats very much - someday when we have a house I can get a cat again.

lol!! I want a cat. I have to admit that I just got teary eyed when I saw your daughter's cat sleeping on her pillow. When I was growing up, I had a cat. Her name was Pepita. She was the greatest cat ever. She basically only liked me but would tolerate my Mom sometimes. I was her person. She would sleep above my pillow every night. She met an untimely death when she slipped outside (she was an indoor cat) and one of the people who worked for the area where we lived ran her over on purpose with their golf cart. Later they told my grandparents (the managers at the time) "I didn't know it was her cat." Ha!!! Like that would have made it better??? Anyway, that happened when I was around 16/17 and I've never gotten over it and probably never will. I've been afraid to get another cat because it won't be just my cat, plus I'm not sure how it will go introducing a cat to Rosie. Eh anyway... I need to go undepress myself now lol!

They are all so cute. I just love black and white cats but have never had one. Do you find yourself refraining from moving for fear of disturbing the cats? I like it when one of them are up on the bed all comfy and cozy, but I find that I hesitate to move to get comfortable for fear I will disturb the cat.

You may want to invest in a sleeping bag for you and Ron to sleep in

You just have to get and nudge them around until you can get comfy. They will adapt to the new positions or leave. I have to do that to my dog every nite.

What pretty cats! At least they're easy to move if you need to get into bed. Try having two 65+lb dogs hogging the bed! Rogue is a dead weight when she sleeps and is impossible to move!

I just piled in there myself, Sue. LOL The bed was later filled with two little warm children anyway. I ended up getting up after that and sleeping in Haley's emtpy bed. ; )

Shannon: Aww, that story was so sad. I can't believe that a person would intentionally run over a cat, or any other animal for that matter. That is terrible! I hope you can get another cat someday. Don't let that experience stop you. Pets are great. Rosie would get used to a cat. How is she with other cats around the neighborhood?

Phyllis: No way! Not the floor! LOL Jack is definitely quite the character. He has a black tail too, but only his tail is black. He's white from the base on up. It's funny.

Cats do indeed know how to take up lots of space!

I have that same problem! My Othello looks just like your Jack...just the negative of him.

This is part of the reason we now keep our bedroom closed off from the pets - it's like when they're in bed with you they double their size or something.

You have the same problem my sister does. She has animals crowding her out of bed too. No insiders for me.

Each of my cats are 16 pounds and they too get into my bed they will get in after I am a sleep and I wake up to them eather walking on me or they are taking so much room that I wake up because I feel like I am falling out of bed.

Once I got up lifted the covers and made sherbert, Ringo (the cats) Jane and Scampi (the dogs) and Carrie get out so I could remake up my bed and try it all again... they drive me nuts..but I love them. I guess.

hahah oh my gah.. that's is soo funny! my parents bed looks like that except 4 dogs! hahah.. so cute though! & your grey cat looks like my old cat Lenny! aw i miss himm! great pictures though! haha

I remember sharing the bed with kids who lay every which way... Once I made up my mind it was my bed, and moved 'em over and around when I wanted to go to bed, it worked out fine - they adjusted to my presence, not I to theirs...

Victoria, this is absolutely precious! I have 3 kitties and it is quuite difficult to move when they all decide their want to sleep in the bed too! :-) I have a hilarious little article that I think I will post this morning that will crack you up! I hope you read it!
